FUTURES OF LIVE ARTS
AND OF HUMAN PERFORMING
Reimagining Performing Arts : fostering
21st Century Skills for a Vibrant and Resilient Society
INVESTMENT ANGLE
We live in a constantly evolving world, full of complex challenges such as eroding social cohesion and the climate crisis. To thrive in the 21st century, key skills like creativity, critical thinking, and digital literacy are essential to envision innovative approaches.
This sets the stage for transformative solutions. By leveraging technology, creativity, and collaboration, the performing arts become a powerful catalyst for reflection and dialogue, paving the way for a resilient and sustainable society. Through the compelling allure of performance and storytelling, the arts forge connections, broaden perspectives, and spark innovative ideas to gracefully navigate the intricacies of our contemporary world.
Our vision is anchored in four strategic beams of influence:
-
The Collaborative Stage, where performing arts become a space for co-creation;
-
From Placemaking to Placebecoming, where locations turn into living creative ecosystems;
-
Extended Realities, which transcend traditional physical boundaries of artistic experience;
-
Creative Science, merging art and science to explore new dimensions of knowledge.
